Spring Park was dedicated on December 6, 2023 and will be open to all by Spring 2024. The generosity of our community and donors made this park a reality and we are forever grateful to them.

The Spring Park is run by the Newport Historic Spring Leadership Committee. The Church Community Housing Corporation is a member of this Committee and as a 501C3 they receive all tax-deductible donations through a special Newport Spring Fund. . The land for the park was purchased by the group with funds that were donated by residents, foundations, and supporters. All who contributed shared the vision of a place to honor our heritage by memorializing the birthplace of our city and creating a place for current and future generations to pause, relax and reflect.
